Problem:

Open the tab "Post Types to be used with this Taxonomy" and not working.

Solution:

It is a server problem, the client has fixed it by activating dom, soap modules from PHP

You can use "save_post" action and it must be used with a priority of at least 30 to assign default taxonomy term to post.
