Hello,

I assume you are using Types plugin to create the custom taxonomy.

The problem you mentioned above is abnormal, please check these:
1) In case it is a compatibility problem, please deactivate other plugins, and switch to wordpress default theme 2019, and test again

2) Enable PHP debug mode, provide the PHP debug logs:
https://toolset.com/documentation/programmer-reference/debugging-sites-built-with-toolset/#php-debugging

3) If the problem still persists, please provide database dump file(ZIP file) of your website, also point out the problem page URL and view URL, I need to test and debug it in my localhost, thanks

Here are what I found, I have imported your website files in my localhost, but can not see the same problem.

Here are detail steps:
Dashboard-> Toolset-> Taxonomies
Edit any one taxonomy, it works fine, I can see the tab "Post Types to be used with this Taxonomy" without any problem, see screenshot edit-taxonomy.JPG

It might be a browser cache problem, please try these:
1) Clear your browser cache, and test again
2) Try with another browser, and test again
