On two of my previous issues, Waqar's first solution is to disable all non-Toolset plugins and switch the theme to TwentyNineteen. That particular site does not display anything in that case. Regardless, in most cases, that should not be a first shot from Support. Interestingly, I have already posted this same message regarding my past two experiences with Waqar. JeffS-2

Waqar has attempted to help me ~3 times. He did help 1 out of 3. It seems like his first order of business is always to tell me to disable all non-Toolset plugins and change my theme to Twenty XX theme. My site displays almost nothing with that setup, so not useful at all. JeffS-2
