Problem:
Can the Text Search Parametric Search of Views be modified to search content alphabetically?
Solution:
No
The Search filter for text in Views does use the native WordPress Query and will filter Post title and Content for matches of the search term you enter there.
It can not be used to create a list of Letters (alphabet) which on click would show Posts with the title beginning with the chosen letter.
For this a Parametric Search by Custom Field, where you store the letter on a per-post basis would be more appropriate.
