can't find the field of "Label for 'not selected' opton"

I am trying to: select all the items in filtering

I visited this URL:

I expected to see:select 'any' value

Instead, I got: user can't select any value.
I can't find the ' Laber for not selected ' field in the window of inset a parametric search filter which is seen in your tutorial .
