I have uploaded the zipped file: ToolsetSupportFiles-08-15-18.zip to the dropbox for your use. Please do your testing with the template we are using since we are not at liberty to change the template.

Let me know the testing results that you perform on your server.

I can duplicate the problem with the plugins files you provided, the problem is in the plugin "Progress Map by Codespacing", please try this:
Dashboard-> Progress Map-> Troubleshootings & Configs

option "Use the map on SSL environement" choose "https", click "Save" button, and test again.

If you have tried as I mentioned in my first answer:
https://toolset.com/forums/topic/errors-in-administration-after-updating-to-https/#post-1070031

1) In case it is a compatibility problem, please deactivate other plugins, and switch to wordpress default theme 2017, and test again

you will be able to locate the problem easily.

I was disappointed that Luo made changes to the live site. I had to scramble to fix the layout & design before the site owner saw what happened. It took a very long time (a month & a half) to fix the issue.

Everything appears to be functioning correctly now.

Thank you.
