Types is a WordPress plugin that lets you quickly create custom post types, taxonomies and fields in your website through the WordPress admin screen instead of adding PHP code to your theme. Types User Guides include detailed documentation for setting up your custom content.
When you ask for help or report issues, make sure to tell us the versions of the Toolset plugins that you have installed and activated.

Solution:
When you face any error using types and views, the first step is to try to resolve your issue by deactivating all third party plugins and check with default theme.
Problem:
I need to attach many Posts to many Pots.
As example, I have:
parent post type ="author"
child post type ="book"
How can i assign many Authors to the Same Book?
But in the same time, an author also needs to be assigned to many different books.
Solution:
You need a "many to many" relation, which calls for a 3rd Post Type "Intermediate Post Object", or, you use a taxonomy instead of a Post Type for your Authors.
Problem:
Client was unable to import data using the CSV importer plugin as per the guide in our documentation.
Solution:
It is unclear in the CSV Importer docs that you need to include a column for post_excerpt otherwise the rows will be skipped.
Alternative CSV import plugins are available.
Problem:
Can I add the User Custom Fields to the user Admin column in WordPress?
Solution:
No.
We do not create or manage the User list with Types, as we do for as example Custom Post Types (there we can control the Post Admin list)
You can not include User Fields in that user Admin list.
