The user was getting the error cURL error 7: Failed to connect to api.toolset.com port 443: Connection timed out
Solution:
This issue should be resolved by our systems team and you should be able to register your plugins without any issues.

Problem: I am seeing a PHP Fatal Error when trying to display a checked checkbox field: "Undefined class constant WPML_CHECKBOX_SELECTED".
Solution: Update to Types 3.0.6 to receive the hotfix for this issue.

How to arrange custom fields into columns on backend

Problem: I would like to apply a custom layout to custom fields displayed in the wp-admin post editor screen, so the fields are shown in columns.
Solution: There is no designer for the layout of fields in the wp-admin editors, but you can enqueue any custom CSS in your child theme using admin_enqueue_scripts.

Are you currently using any Post Relationship with Types ? If so then it might be that its using the old structure before our 3.0 update and this would cause the RFG to not show up.
Could you perform the Migration by clicking on the relationship tab in Toolset?
