Tell us what you are trying to do - Due to Google & Chrome, we are changing our website to a "forced" SSL. The license we have is for hidden link -do I need to remove that url and add hidden link to this license? If I do that, will it destroy all of the customizations we have? Thank you

Is there any documentation that you are following?

Is there a similar example that we can see?

What is the link to your site? hidden link

Hi, first you should migrate the site to the new HTTPS URL and be sure the URLs in Settings > General point to HTTPS. If you try to run automatic Toolset plugin updates now, you will see an error saying the registration is invalid. Nothing else on your site will be broken or have down-time, only automatic plugin updates are disabled. Now, delete your old license key at https://toolset.com/account/sites. Create a new key using the new HTTPS URL. Copy that key, then go to your site's wp-admin area, Plugins > Add New. Click the "Commercial" tab and scroll down to the Toolset panel. Unregister Toolset from this site, then register again using the new site key.

To reiterate, changing the key or having an invalid key for a short time won't cause anything to break or be deleted on your site. The key is used to facilitate automatic updates, but the plugins will continue to work while you manage registration.

Let me know if you have any questions about the site key migration process.

Hi Christian,
I have done everything you've suggest here but we are still having some issues with the SSL. Using SSL breaks our listing page administration. I've contacted our Hosting Server support to look into the SSL certification. I will not be re-issuing the key to change the site from http:// to https:// until the first of next week since I don't want anything to "break" over the weekend.

I appreciate your assistance and will update you with results the first part of next week.
Thank you,
Tracey
