Problem:
Views stop working for logged out users all of the sudden.

Solution:
The issue is resolved. The Siteground Support team found out that the following options in the Siteground Speed Optimizer interfered with the Toolset Views :
- Defer Render-blocking JavaScript option
- Combine JavaScript option
Both are in the Frontend optimizations menu of the Speed Optimizer.

These 2 options got to be turned off here, in order for the Toolset Views to be displayed properly in Pages and Templates.

Problem:
The user cannot file the Module Manager plugin.

Problem:

Solution:
To see the Module menu you will require to install and activate the Toolset Module manager plugin:
