[Resolved] woocommerce gallery in content template don't change variations' images

I am trying to: obtain a classic woocommerce product gallery in a content template associated to be used with woocommerce products - the behaviour that if you have variations' images set up in the product, when you select the sigle variation from the dropdown, the associated image changes automatically.
my theme is enfold latest version, and when i use it in default mode without the content template, works fine
i tried to change theme to storefront - the issue is present
i tried to deactivate ALL plugins except from woocommerce, the issue is present
all my apps (WP, plugins, theme) are at the latest version available.
the issue is always the same, and disappears in the moment i deactivate the association of content template's usage with products and reload page: the theme/woocommerce combo has ists default templates bask, and everythings work fine, but i loose all my customizations & CP and custom taxonomies, etc.

nothing works, seems a bug, but maybe i'm doing something wrong

I expected to see: when i change selection of the variation, che associated image changes automatically

Instead, I got: the image never changes, it always remains the default product featured image

While I can see the issue of the product images not changing with the variation selection on your website, I couldn't reproduce this on my test website.

Even, if I copy your website's content template code on my test website, the image switching works. This suggests that something specific to your website is involved.

Do I have your permission to download your website's clone/snapshot, to investigate this on a different server?

During troubleshooting on the website's clone, I noticed that the issue with the image switching is fixed if the Toolset Layouts plugin is deactivated.

Your website isn't using any layout created using this plugin and it's no longer needed on the new websites too. So you can deactivate and remove this plugin and the image switching will work.
