Hi,

I've checked the previous ticket and this website's address seems to be different.

Have you checked the server's error logs for any detailed errors/warnings?
( ref: https://wordpress.org/documentation/article/debugging-in-wordpress/ )

In case there are none, please share temporary admin login details of this new website, for further troubleshooting.

regards,
Waqar

is there is any update?

#2638345

Thank you for sharing the admin access details.

During troubleshooting I noticed that error (Plugin could not be activated because it triggered a fatal error.) was showing when trying to activate any plugin and not just the "Toolset Woocommerce Blocks" plugin.

On your website's clone, I was able to fix this, by following these steps:

1. I deactivated the Toolset Types plugin

2. Activated the 'WooCommerce' and the 'WPML Multilingual CMS' plugins.

3. After that when I activated the Toolset Types and any other plugins, that error was not shown.

Hey I have the same error with my last ticket (https://toolset.com/forums/topic/toolset-woocomerce-ahop-filter-with-astra-theme/) regarding the filtering on the toolset views hidden link error 500. can you please fix that

#2639997

Thank you for waiting.

The main challenge with your website is that the default WooCommerce-related custom fields that Toolset registers, have been deleted.

I have managed to delete the extra field groups created with the name 'Toolset WooCommerce' and have now restored the fields needed by Toolset's prices and stock-based filters.

Yet, the issue of the error 500 still persists. I'll continue the troubleshooting and will keep you updated.

Just wanted to let you know that I'm still working on this and will share an update with you within the next few hours.

Hey, so did we have any update?

#2641283

Thank you for waiting.

During troubleshooting on your website and its clone, I noticed that the issue with the filters used in the shop page's view gets fixed, if the option 'Yes, I will enter prices inclusive of tax' is selected.

This option is available at WP Admin -> WooCommerce -> Settings -> Tax -> Tax options.
( screenshot: hidden link )

This confirms that the error appears when tax is calculated for the saved product prices. Can you please check all your tax classes and products and make sure that they are correctly applied to all your products?

Oh thank you so much, all good now
