[Resolved] The page isn't showing anything…results are blank.

This support ticket is created 5 years, 5 months ago. There's a good chance that you are reading advice that it now obsolete.

This is the technical support forum for Toolset - a suite of plugins for developing WordPress sites without writing PHP.

I see may be because the WPML is installed now?? May be.

Hello,

Since there are lots of terms + posts in your website, and you are using nested views + WPML plugins, it will conduct the performance problem and time-out errors.

I suggest you try these:
1) enable the PHP debug mode:

2) Check the debug logs, if it is PHP memory problem, I suggest you try to increase WP_MEMORY_LIMIT option
https://codex.wordpress.org/Editing_wp-config.php#Increasing_memory_allocated_to_PHP

For example:
Edit your file "wp-config.php" , Increase PHP Memory to 512MB,

define( 'WP_MEMORY_LIMIT', '512M' );

I've added this in the mentioned file at the bottom...saved..tried but still the same page is blank.

Have you got the PHP debug logs? please copy/paste them here.

And the FTP access you provided in previous post is not valid:

I have tried it but got an empty folder, if you need more assistance for it, please provide a valid FTP access in below private message box.
