Thank you for contacting us and I'd be happy to assist.

As explained in our documentation on using the Oxygen builder with Toolset ( ref: https://toolset.com/course-lesson/using-toolset-with-oxygen-page-builder/ ), you can insert Toolset elements into the Oxygen builder's templates.

On the other hand, editing a Toolset's content template using the Oxygen builder is not supported.

To troubleshoot this, I'll suggest the following steps:

1. Please ensure that WordPress, active theme and plugins are all updated to the latest version.

2. It would be interesting to test this with all plugins (other than Oxygen) disabled and a default theme like Twenty Twenty-One.

If it's fixed, you can activate only Toolset plugins and see if the issue persists.

3. If the issue persists only when Toolset plugins are active, you can share temporary admin login details, in reply to this message, for further investigation.

Note: Your next reply will be private and making a complete backup copy is recommended before sharing the access details.
