Tell us what you are trying to do?
I want to display images of custom fields and images on the View page (archive page).
Is there any documentation that you are following?
There is nothing to follow
Is there a similar example that we can see?
There is no same example
What is the link to your site?
I don't understand the meaning of the above question
I use the latest Virgin ToolSet and the latest theme (astra).
I also tried changing the server.
I am in trouble because the same phenomenon is repeated.
Do you think that the software or server I use is exhibiting this phenomenon?
Hello,
I assume you are using Blocks editor to design your website.
I suggest you try these:
1) Create a Toolset WordPress Archive for your archive page
https://toolset.com/course-lesson/creating-a-custom-archive-page/
2) In the loop of above WordPress Archive, display the custom repeating image field using Toolset Gallery or Toolset Image Slider blocks:
https://toolset.com/course-lesson/dynamic-galleries-and-sliders-for-templates-displaying-repeating-image-fields/
I can't make a new registration on "My Site". What should I do? The url I want to register is as follows.
I understand your advice.
I also tried according to your advice.
But it didn't work.
I changed both the server and the new site.
I tried the theme with twenty-twenty but it didn't work.
So I ask if there is something wrong with my toolset usage.
My method is as follows.
1. Created a post type.
2. Created a custom field. (2 number fields, 1 image field)
3. Created the front end page design with the content template for front end display.
As a result of the above,
In the designed content template page, the image and text are displayed, but the image is not displayed on the "View on front-end".
Is my operation wrong?
I would like some good advice.
By the way, it seems that the site has been registered.
The problem you mentioned above is abnormal, please provide your website credentials in below private message box, also point out the problem page URL and custom image fields URL, I can setup a demo for you.
I have marked your post as private, it is not safe to share them publicly.
And I have tried the WordPress credentials you provided above, I get this error:
Access to the WordPress administration screen is denied
So won't be able to login your website dashboard, please follow their document to disable the security settings:
hidden link
Then update here, thanks
Dear Luo Yang
Yes, I understand.
I will try it immediately.
Please give me some time.
I turned off all WordPress security settings.
Would you like to access it?
Thanks for the details, I can login your website and see the problem, the Toolset Image block does not work in your website, the problem persists in both single "job-information" post and "job-information" archive page.
And the problem is abnormal, please follow our document to get PHP debug logs from your website:
https://toolset.com/documentation/programmer-reference/debugging-sites-built-with-toolset/#php-debugging
section "PHP Debugging"
And I have tried with field shortcode in your website:
1) Edit the Toolset WordPress Archive
hidden link
Add a "Fields and Text" block, with below codes:
[types field='image' title='%%TITLE%%' alt='%%ALT%%' size='large' resize='proportional'][/types]
2) Test it in front-end:
hidden link
It works fine.
So it should be a problem of single image block, please provide the PHP debug logs, thanks
Dear Luo Yang,
I wanted to provide a debug log but I couldn't find one.
wp-content folder <debug.log file
I searched in the wp-content folder.
However, the desired debug.log file was not there.
What should I do next to solve the problem?
Dear Luo Yang,
I have a few questions.
1. What does this issue mean? Could you explain it more clearly?
ex.) Tool problems, server problems, operating environment all. And so on.
2. What do you need to do to operate in an environment where these problems do not occur?
3. Is the conclusion of this issue still ahead? Or is it the end here?
4. If that ends here, does the toolset mean that I can't use it?
5. In case of my example, is this the end of support?
Thank you.
Since I did not get the PHP debug logs, so I am not sure where is the problem source.
I can login your website with the FTP access you provided above, but your website does not output any PHP debug logs, see my screenshot log-folder.JPG
In my opinion, it seems to be a server issue, can you ask help from your server provider to get the PHP debug logs of your website.
And here is the Toolset Requirement document:
https://toolset.com/toolset-requirements/
For your reference.
Dear Luo Yang,
I just asked the server provider to get a PHP debug log for the website.
I will contact you again when I receive an answer.
Also reviewed the toolset requirements document. Based on this content, further server providers
I would like to ask a question.
I am deeply grateful for your advice.
Thank you.
Best regards
Dear Luo Yang,
I found that there were no major mistakes in the way my toolset was operated.
So today I am a little free from frustration.
I can do some other work.
Thank you.
