toolset grid view issue 1.png

I am trying to: does not show in columns

Link to a page where the issue can be seen: hidden link

I expected to see: a grid view as described in https://toolset.com/lesson-placement/lesson-placements-1621261-1622283/ and in hidden link

Instead, I got: one column display of the custom post type. no grid displayed in the view

Hello,

It is abnormal, there are some JS errors in the URL you mentioned above:

...
Uncaught ReferenceError: toolsetCommonEs is not defined
...

1) In case it is a compatibility problem, please deactivate all other plugins, and switch to wordpress default theme 2021, deactivate all custom PHP/JS code snippets, and test again

2) Also check if there is any PHP/JS error in your website:
https://toolset.com/documentation/programmer-reference/debugging-sites-built-with-toolset/

3) If the problem still persists, please provide database dump file(ZIP file) of your website, you can put the package files in your own google drive disk, share the link only, I need to test and debug it in my localhost, thanks

Thanks Luo,

I have found that the plugin "Autoptimize" (https://wordpress.org/plugins/autoptimize) is the one causing the conflict.
Also, disabling the plugin remove the "(index):2 Uncaught ReferenceError: toolsetCommonEs is not defined at" error.

I use Autoptimize for minify and cache for the site. Currently I disabled the plugin but need a solution for this issue.
What is your recommendation? can you check for any conflicts between toolset and Autoptimize?

Please advise,
Thanks,
David

You can follow our document to exclude some specific JS files of Toolset plugins from Autoptimize plugin:
https://toolset.com/faq/how-to-use-optimization-plugins-with-toolset/

In your case, you need exclude one more JS file toolset-common-es-frontend.js
