Hey is there a way for contibutor user to edit the toolset custom fields and the changes not to be publish until the admin approved the changes?

Hi,

Thank you for contacting us and I'd be happy to assist.

The 'contributor' user role can use the front-end Toolset forms to create and edit the post data, including the custom field values.

You can create respective forms, which can be used to create new posts or edit the existing ones, containing the target custom fields.

On the submission, the forms can be set to assign the 'pending review' status to these posts. Once the administrator has reviewed the content/changes, those posts can be changed to the 'published' status.

Here are some useful guides on the topic of using front-end forms:

I hope this helps and please let me know if you need further assistance.

regards,
Waqar
