I have updated all the plugins to latest version. But, it's having conflict with editing with Blocks. The blocks are not loading. Also, have lost the featured images from few blocks.

Please check these:
1) Make sure you are using the latest version of Toolset plugins, you can download them here:
https://toolset.com/account/downloads/
2) In case it is a compatibility problem, please deactivate all other plugins, and switch to wordpress default theme 2020, deactivate all custom PHP/JS code snippets, and test again
3) Also check if there is any PHP/JS error in your website:

4) If the problem still persists, please provide database dump file(ZIP file) of your website, you can put the package files in your own google drive disk, share the link only, also point out the problem page URL and view URL, I need to test and debug it in my localhost, thanks

This is the error I am getting while editing any Content template. Also, the images in the content template showing broken.
And while I try to edit the edit content block .. the site crashes. The whole issues is with the Block Plugins and Gutenberg Block.
Browser console is showing 256 Error of these types.
So it is a compatibility problem? can you confirm it?

I have tried the SQL file theccd_staging.sql you provided above, install it in my localhost with a fresh WP installation + the latest version of Toolset plugins, it works fine.
Please as I mentioned above:

Are you able to open and edit blocks and content template ? Also, on the homepage are the images showing up for the blocks? If yes, can you please share the screenshot for the same?
I don't think you have properly understood the issue I have mentioned along with details. Would you like to go through it once from start?
I have the precise same issue reported and also since updates recently shipped
Every view block stopped being editable and “invalid json” error appears
The server then at some point chokes and stops with a 503
This happens since the last update, also as mentioned in my other tickets
In the Ticket here the error is a 524 but that’s just the same as a 503 - however from cloud flare
Something makes server interrupt communication since the update of toolset and that results in the not-loaded files which then results in broken views and other previews of blocks or edits thereof

As more I debug the issues, I have seen that till Toolset Blocks Ver 1.1.3 the images blocks images are visible on site and content template as well.
But As I update the plugin to the higher version for Example Toolset Block Ver 1.2 and above. The Layout breaks and it messes the site a lot.
Yes, in my localhost with your database dump file:
1) I can edit the content templates without any problem, see my screenshot CT.JPG
2) In home page, I don't see any images, since I am using your database dump file, there isn't any image in it, see my screenshot homepage.JPG
So it should be a server/other compatibility issue of your website, please try as I mentioned above:

Get the PHP debug logs from your website, if you need assistance to locate the problem, please provide a test site with the same problem, fill below private message box with login details and FTP access, I need to test and debug it in a live website. thanks
Can you transfer the conversation to Waqar? As he is more understandable and got the issue at first. I have mentioned him that after Updating the Toolset block plugin from Version 1.1.3 to the latest version the content template lose all the images from few blocks.
Also, the screenshots you have sent me is not having the block dynamic content template block nor it's showing the images.
I suggest you to install the complete installation and check afterwards. As the server crashes while unable to find the dynamic content images and throughs JSON error.
Check the Staging Site.. Its using updated block plugin and the images are lost.
