Thank you for waiting.

I've been running some tests on a couple of different servers and cross-domain environments, but couldn't reproduce this behavior of the image block on a new/clean install.

Looks like something specific to this install and settings are involved. I'm not sure exactly what's the status of this staging website of yours is and whether you're currently working on it or not.

Do we have your permission to make direct changes to this staging website? These will include (but are not limited to), activating/ deactivating plugins, switching active themes, changing WPML language settings, etc.

Of course, you can make any kind of tests in the staging website.

thanks you

Thank you for waiting. I've created a separate ticket for this particular issue with the incomplete image output:
https://toolset.com/forums/topic/split-incorrect-image-output-is-generated-by-toolset-when-wpml-is-used-with-different-domain-per-language/

Will keep you updated on the original issue related to the missing image alt text, through this one.
