I am trying to: Change the view of a repeatable field group in edit post
Link to a page where the issue can be seen: hidden link
I expected to see: The view changing
Instead, I got: a message that says "You need to save your changes before you can change the view". Which i did, numerous times. Also tried new posts.
Video of the sequence:
hidden link
Sidenote: This view has so far never been the desired view. The user just about always wants to edit the fields directly, as grid. It should either be some general setting or save it on post-type level or something like that. (i already noted that a while ago in suggestions)
Hello,
Thanks for the video, I have tried repeatable field group in my localhost, it works fine, there isn't similar problem as you mentioned above.
Please try these in your website:
1) In case it is a compatibility problem, please deactivate all other plugins, and switch to wordpress default theme 2019, deactivate all custom PHP/JS code snippets, and test again
2) Also check if there is any PHP/JS error in your website:
https://toolset.com/documentation/programmer-reference/debugging-sites-built-with-toolset/
3) If the problem still persists, please provide database dump file(ZIP file) of your website, also point out the problem page URL, I need to test and debug it in my localhost, thanks

So it is a compatibility issue with the "Slider Revolution" plugin, in order to duplicate the same problem in my localhost, I need a copy of your website or a copy of "Slider Revolution" plugin, maybe The7 Theme is required to, please follow our document to provide a duplicator package of your website:

I have requested the access to your google drive link, please confirm it, thanks
Thanks for the details, I can duplicate the same problem in my localhost, and it is a known issue, see similar thread here:

i did search the forum but didn't find this entry.
Types 3.3 has been released, please test it and feedback if this issue is fixed, thanks
My issue is resolved now. Thank you!
