I have a custom user type called "technician", when creating a technician they are assigned a color using a color picker field. They are also assigned a device which I'm using an MDM solution to control, as well as to get the devices location. I'm then using a map view to plot out where each of the technicians are via the GPS coordinates from their device. The client has requested that the map pins be colored to match the color assigned to the technician.
Solution:
There isn't such kind of feature within Toolset Maps plugin: Change the marker icon color or in the hex spectrum.

How to sort the view result by distance address field
Solution:
The sorting by distance field is not supported yet but we do have a internal ticket filed as a new feature request and I'll add your voice to that internal ticket.
Please note that I do not have any ETA on it when this feature will be added but adding your voice may help our devs to thing about this feature again and set correct priority for this feature request.
On all my maps , when i click a marker and the infobox open , the X in the top right corner of the info box is TINY , you cant see it so closing the info box is impossible to most users

It is a CSS issue, you can fix it by CSS codes, for example:
Problem:
The user would like to use the markers on a Toolset Map as a filter, once we click on a marker, the view should filter the posts that are near it.
Solution:
This is not built into Toolset. We, currently, can filter post by distance from the user location or a location entered in the location field. We can't filter from a marker.
Please help me understanding what's wrong with geolocalization， from my Android phone stores are the right local ones but distance calculation seems to be wrong in many cases。
Solution:
Toolset Maps can only get the Straight line distance, but if in Google Maps, you will get Road distance, it conducts the issue you mentioned above.
