Two grids with single fields are causing duplication issues when the second row is conditional. The second field in red is duplicated in the first one (in blue).
Solution:
- Check for HTML code inside conditionals that might cause errors, especially unclosed tags.
- Verify the conditional logic and ensure it works correctly according to the documentation.
- Make sure you select the year, month and date in the date picker, then click the update button to save the post.
Toolset Types plugin has a known vulnerability (Vulnerability Severity: 7.2/10.0 - High), and deactivation is recommended until a patched version is available.

- Go to https://toolset.com/account/downloads/
- Click the "Download Toolset manually" link to display other plugins.
- Download the latest version of Toolset and its add-ons.
- Install the updated versions.

Solution:
Upon further review and by enabling the debug mode I was able to see that the issue was coming from a different plugin.
I advised the customer and shared the logs.
