Hello,

I build a new website by using Toolset Types, Views, Layouts & WooCommerce Views and I also use Avada theme together with the Toolset Avada Integration plugin.

- I have created a custom product template and I have assigned that in a product layout and everything is ok!
- I am trying now to edit the archives page (/shop) which is the page of each product category and also the main woocommerce store page (/shop). I have created a layout and also a custom content template.

But its not working! I get only 1 product in results! What is wrong?

Check it here: hidden link

There should be displayed 14 products, but I only see one!

Can you please check it asap? I need to solve that issue.

Can you please help with that asap?

Hello. Thank you for contacting the Toolset support.

This is abnormal. You must be missed few settings.

I suggest you go through:
=> https://toolset.com/learn/create-an-ecommerce-wordpress-site/designing-woocommerce-product-catalog/
=> https://toolset.com/learn/create-an-ecommerce-wordpress-site/
=> https://toolset.com/documentation/user-guides/getting-started-woocommerce-views/

If above reference links does not help:
*** Please make a FULL BACKUP of your database and website.***
I would also eventually need to request temporary access (WP-Admin and FTP) to your site. Preferably to a test site where the problem has been replicated if possible in order to be of better help and check if some configurations might need to be changed.

I would additionally need your permission to de- and re-activate Plugins and the Theme, and to change configurations on the site. This is also a reason the backup is really important. If you agree to this, please use the form fields I have enabled below to provide temporary access details (wp-admin and FTP).

I have set the next reply to private which means only you and I have access to it.

Well - You have two ways here. You can use default archive from woo commerce plugin or you can customize your shop page using views.

If you will use default woo commerce archive you will see the side bar and filter results will work properly (If you chose to go with default WC archive - you can not use LAYOUTS here)
=> hidden link

You can find above options at:
=> Toolset => Woocommerce Views page

If you want to customize the shop page using Layouts, you need to choose option "WooCommerce Views plugin default product archive template" on above Woocommerce Views page but here you CAN NOT use the default widget filters (Slidingbar Widget 1).

You need to customize the shop page using custom search view. See how we created shop page on our reference site with such kind of filters:
=> hidden link

You should create a test site on discover-wp.com and check and learn how we created shop page using filters:
