The thing is that when Toolset Types is active, the original wordpress categories disappears and then I can see new ones If i create Taxonomy in Toolset, but they are not responding? Does it mean that if i want to use toolset categories, so i cannot use "Blog Widget "as well as "Posts Slider". I do not have an access to Visual Content Composer support team, but i am happy to work in block editor if there is possibility to have them work well.

Thanks

You have currently deactivated the Categories from Toolset, that's why they disappear when Toolset is active, check it in Toolset->Taxonomies, here a screenshot hidden link
You have also modified its title and disabled it for the Posts default post type. Check it in Toolset->Post Types->Posts(edit link). Check this screenshot hidden link

I can see new ones If i create Taxonomy in Toolset, but they are not responding?
I am not sure to understand what did you mean here. Hopefully, what I explained above will help you reactivate Categories and work with them.

Does it mean that if i want to use toolset categories, so i cannot use "Blog Widget "as well as "Posts Slider"
Just reactivate Categories in Toolset->Taxonomies, and enable it for the Posts post type and you can work with them again while Toolset is active.

I do not have an access to Visual Content Composer support team, but i am happy to work in block editor if there is possibility to have them work well.
I would not recommend using two Page Builder, at least not inside the same page. Of course, I will recommend using the Gutenberg editor, but it is up to you at the end.

However, for support rules, we are able to handle only one issue at a time. This helps us to bring you a better service and also helps other users to find all the information here exposed. For that reason, I'll have to kindly ask you to mark this ticket as resolved and open a new ticket for any other question or request. I hope that would be fine with you.
