1) Create a custom address field "address field":

Q2) where can we get a version of your code that is compatible with our PHP version?
PHP version 7.4.13 should be compatible with Toolset plugins
And there should be other PHP errors in your website, please follow our document to get the PHP debug logs from your website:

And since it is a server issue, you need to provide the FTP/SFTP access for further debug
