[Resolved] Types 3.3 gallery implementation help.

This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem:

I am using "Using Views shortcode to display images as a gallery" method because I am editing a Layout that acts as a template for the CPT-single pages.

Unfortunately it returns nothing for me and I cannot find out the reason.

Solution:

Types plugin will pre-pend slug "wpcf-" before field slug, so in database, the meta_key value is "wpcf-data-photo", and in [wpv-for-each] shortcode, you will need to use the real field slug "wpcf-data-photo", like this:

Hi team,

I'm trying to implement the new gallery-like feature that was released with Types v3.3. on a project I develop. I followed the guide from this page: https://toolset.com/documentation/user-guides/create-image-galleries-using-toolset-and-custom-fields/

I am using "Using Views shortcode to display images as a gallery" method because I am editing a Layout that acts as a template for the CPT-single pages.

Unfortunately it returns nothing for me and I cannot find out the reason.

Here is my code:

<div class="tb-repeating-field tb-repeating-field-crop">
	<div class="tb-repeating-field-flexbox">
        [wpv-for-each field="data-photo"]
			<div>
          	<a href="[types field='data-photo' size='full' url='true' separator=''][/types]" >[types field='data-photo' output='normal'  align='none' size='full'  proportional='true' resize='proportional' title='%%TITLE%%' alt='%%ALT%%'][/types]</a></div>
[/wpv-for-each]</div>
</div>

My custom field slug is "data-photo".

Hello,

I assume the custom image field "data-photo" is created with Types plugin, Types plugin will pre-pend slug "wpcf-" before field slug, so in database, the meta_key value is "wpcf-data-photo", and in [wpv-for-each] shortcode, you will need to use the real field slug "wpcf-data-photo", like this:

...
[wpv-for-each field="wpcf-data-photo"]
...

See our document:
https://toolset.com/documentation/customizing-sites-using-php/functions/
you need to prepend the wpcf- prefix to the slug

And the example codes in document:
