On this site the toolset woocommerce meta area repeats itself about 20 times and is empty. I tried disabling it an then re-enabled it but it didn't clear up the issue.

Any thoughts as to how to clear this up

Thank you for contacting us and I'd be happy to assist.

In the past, we've seen multiple "Toolset WooCommerce" field groups getting registered, due to some custom code/plugin.

Are you using any custom plugins or code on your website too?

As for removing the duplicated field groups, you can follow the steps, suggested in this forum reply:
