The previous/next pagination buttons on my custom post type "Workshops" doesn't work.

For most posts, such as Two-Day Introductory Workshop (hidden link), the next button always links to Test Workshop (hidden link). On the Test Workshop post, only the previous button is available and links to Support on the Spectrum (hidden link).

Trashing the Test Workshop post results in the previous/next pagination buttons disappearing.

Any help you can provide to me would be appreciated. Thank you!

Hi,

Thank you for contacting us and I'd be happy to assist.

To troubleshoot this, I'll need to see exactly how these next/previous links have been added to the template.

Can you please share temporary admin login details, in reply to this message?

Note: Your next reply will be private and it is recommended to make a complete backup copy, before sharing the access details.

regards,
Waqar

Actually, would you mind if we used the staging site instead of the live site? I just applied a backup of the live site to the staging site here.

Thank you for sharing these details.

During troubleshooting, I noticed that there are 17 published "Preconference Workshops" posts on the website, but 16 of them have the exact same published date and time.

Because the next and previous post links are managed on the basis of this published date, you can adjust the published date and times of all these posts, to control their order for the next and previous post links.

That resolves the navigation issue, thank you so much!
