I was able to locate the template through phpMyAdmin in the wp_18_posts table and replaced the 'post_content' field, but I'm still experiencing the same issue: hidden link

Double checked to make sure the current code does not contain the slider section.

That is strange as on the website's clone, I'm able to fix the template, as soon as the slider block is removed.

I'm going to perform some more tests and will share my findings with you, as soon as I can.

Did you perform the changes on table wp_18_posts table? On my end that's the one that happens to be for site 18. Also, you can use the connection info for the Dev environment and check out the DB via phpMyAdmin. I'm not sure if you guys do actual modifications on your clients environment or that's reserved for the cloned sites only.

Thank you for waiting, as I was away on the Eid holidays.

Your understanding is correct and we avoid making changes to the actual production websites from the clients.

The table you're referring to is the correct one. Do I have your permission to review and make database changes around this particular template?

#2692584

Yes, please feel free to make the changes in the dev environment. Thank you!

Hello Waqar,
I was wondering if you have any update on the issue.
Thanks!

Thank you for waiting.

This looks like a cache issue, as earlier when I checked the edit screen of the template in question, I was not able to view it.

On repeated tests, on a couple of different testing servers, I was able to make the template fix work, by removing the slider block, a suggested.

Today, when I checked the template's edit screen on your website ( hidden link ), it loaded without any freezing.
( I've tested this in 3 different browsers, Chrome, Safari, and Firefox )

Important note: The only change that I made on your website was using the cache-clearing option by 'Pantheon Page Cache'.

Can you please test the template again? If it is only a particular browser that is still showing the freezing screen, clear that browser's cache too.

Thank you so much! Confirming that the template is loading properly
