[Resolved] My content template is showing up blank

This support ticket is created 5 years, 2 months ago. There's a good chance that you are reading advice that it now obsolete.

This is the technical support forum for Toolset - a suite of plugins for developing WordPress sites without writing PHP.

Everyone can read this forum, but only Toolset clients can post in it. Toolset support works 6 days per week, 19 hours per day.

I am trying to:
View the content template for my custom program ("Adult Programs")

Link to a page where the issue can be seen:
hidden link

I expected to see:
The content (that I created in the completed in the content template)

Instead, I got:
A blank page

Hi there,

Thank you for contacting us and I'd be happy to assist.

A content template "Template for Adult Programs" is set to be assigned to new "Adult Programs" single post pages, but it was not set for the existing ones.

To assign this template to already added "Adult Programs" posts, please go to "WP Admin -> Toolset -> Content Templates -> Usage for single page" and use the button "Bind 34 Adult Programs".
