Hi,

Thank you for contacting us and I'd be happy to assist.

I just tested the "Members - Two Column Grid" module on my website and it imported successfully.

Can you please share the exact steps you followed and at which point it showed the "HTTP error 500"?

regards,
Waqar

I entered module-module library - tried to install members - single column list.
the page loads for a while, and it finally says
This page isn’t working
thepulrio.com is currently unable to handle this request.
HTTP ERROR 500
do you know why...?ˀ

Thanks for writing back.

Have you checked the server's error log for any detailed errors and warnings? Error 500 is a very generic error and doesn't provide any details, on its own.

I'll recommend turning on WordPress debugging ( ref: https://wordpress.org/support/article/debugging-in-wordpress/ ) and sharing any other errors or warnings that you see in the server's error logs.
( you can also consult your hosting support to access the server's error log )
