I need the filters to work! They had been working just fine. I had no issues with them. There are 500 salons, so it's not like there are thousands to pull from. But the Canada, and Bermuda options won't load at all, and the US > States sometimes works, but the US > States > Cities doesn't work. It just spins and I get a 502 error.
Is there any documentation that you are following?
I set this up according to the "create your own directory" instructions of Toolsets.
I have already put this in a test environment and tried different themes, and turned off all of my other plugins to no avail. It still didn't load.

The problem you mentioned above is abnormal, there should be some PHP errors in your website, please check these:
1) Make sure you are using the latest version of Toolset plugins, you can download them here:

2) check if there is any PHP/JS error in your website:

Especially the PHP debug logs, please share the them, that will be helpful for locate the problem.

I can see there is a JS error:

1) Install the Enable jQuery Migrate Helper plugin:

JQuery migrate installed and didn't work. Let me know how i can privately share the PHP Errors in the log.
Just one thing to note: once I put the JQuery Migrate Helper in I get this error:

I can get the PHP debug logs you sent yesterday.
There are two kinds of errors:
1) PHP Warning: count(): Parameter must be an array or an object that implements Countable in plugins/OTHER/classes/class_frontend_unit.inc.php on line 2041
I suggest you disable this plugin "OTHER" and test again
2) PHP Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 536870912 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 139264 bytes) in wp-includes/functions.php on line 6364
It seems your website is using 512M PHP memory limitation, if your website are using lots of plugins and custom theme, you might need to increase the PHP memory limitation to 1024M or above, see WP document:

As noted in my first post: I turned off ALL the plugins and switched to a default theme and the filters still will not work. I have a custom post type that I have loaded into a map, as well as relationship filters set up for selecting a country, state/province, and city to narrow down the results. They only *sometimes* load. And if you got them to run once they will not run again.
I also did have my host up the memory setting. It made no difference. It still keeps getting stuck and acting like there's something not clearing.
