Hi,
Welcome to Toolset support and I'd be happy to assist.
We're in the process of removing the very old support forums threads, which include information that is no longer applicable.
If you could share the details about the requirement that you were searching for, I'll be able to guide you with the up-to-date information about it.
regards,
Waqar
is there any way to get access to those data (db or something)?
To be honest, those 'very old threads' are also threads from 2020 what in my opinion is quite fresh. Most of my searches end up on 404 what is ridiculous.
Posting every single problem I have is waste of your and mine time . Until now i was able to solve all of them using the data from your 'old' forum.
Thanks for writing back.
The support forum threads which are two years older are archived, which means only supporters and users who started them will have access to them. Forum threads older than 5 years have been removed.
I'm afraid, there is no other way to access that data, but, I've internally shared your concern and feedback, with the concerned team.
We'll recommend using our forum search ( https://toolset.com/forums/forum/professional-support/ ) instead of Google to look for the information that you're looking for. In case the information that you're looking for is not available, you can start a new ticket and we'll be happy to assist you accordingly.
This is absolutely unacceptable. Many of us built categorized bookmark libraries around this support forum's threads.
There were a huge number of old threads that had information that was still relevant and valuable. Not to mention the thousands of code snippets in those threads provided by your support team that proved invaluable to this day. Beda's instructions and code snippets alone were invaluable to many of us.
I can't believe there's not at least some archive access to these old threads. Very disappointed.
