I have a classified ad section that allows users to post, edit and renew their paid ads. I am trying to understand how should I set up my email notifications for each stage.
For example, when a user submits a post, an initial email notification goes to the user and admin from the Submission form.
But when a user decides to edit the ad (post status changes to "Pending Review"), should I set up an email notification from the Edit form or from the Post (Submission) form? Same for renewal stage - should I send email notification from Submission or Renewal form?
Please clarify
