I am trying to: Create my first custom post type with custom fields. I have followed the instructions twice and have deactivated all plugins except the Toolset plugins. I have cleared the cache. I have tried it twice with two different Custom Posts with the same results.

Link to a page where the issue can be seen: This is in the ADMIN area and nothing that needs to be seen on the frontend at this time.

I expected to see: The custom fields in the add/edit of the custom post

Instead, I got: No custom fields.

Hello,

The problem you mentioned above is abnormal, I have checked it in your website, there are two plugins:
- Must-Use (1) WPMU DEV Hosting
- Drop-in (1) object-cache.php
WPMU DEV Hummingbird Object Cache

Both of them can not be deactivate directly, I suggest you try to remove/deactivate them with FTP tools and test again.

Also check if there is any PHP error in your website:

If the problem still persists, please provide database dump file(ZIP file) of your website, I need to test and debug it in my localhost, thanks

Just adding to the information here. I am a WPMUDev member and the real issue seems to lie with the Object Cache. There is an option to clear it via the Tools on WPMUDev's hosting platform ( Hosting -> tools -> object caching ) and that seems to reset everything so that the Custom Fields in Toolset work properly again. Thought you'd like to know.
