I am trying to:
I have a few checkboxs custom fields on a real estate site. Some are checked some aren't depending on the property. It worked fine for the last 2/3 years and now all checkboxes show yes on frontend.

In backend everything normal. Some are checked, some aren't.

I kind of found a solution for it:

Edit each custom field and change to "don't save anything to the database". Edit each property and click save.
However, I have 191 properties.... Is there any way to bulk save? Quick edit doesn't work.

Hi,

Yes, you are right, it is a known problem in custom checkboxes field
https://toolset.com/errata/checkboxes-that-save-0-are-interpreted-as-checked-by-views/
There is an issue with the Checkbox fields that save “0” when they are not set on a post.

Currently, the only solution is using option "don't save anything to the database", but there isn't any existed document for "bulk save" operation, if you need assistance for it, please provide a please provide database dump file(ZIP file) of your website, also point out the problem post URL, I need to test and debug it in my localhost, thanks
