I am trying to create a custom category archive template with Elementor and need to use custom Term Fields created with Toolset. However, the term fields are not available for selection in Elementor. Is this a missing feature, or is there a different method to insert term fields in Elementor?

Hello,

Yes, you are right, there isn't such kind of feature within Toolset plugins.
I suggest you add a shortcode widget or text widget, then insert the term field shortcode [types ...][/types] by following our document:

I noticed that Toolset's User Fields are also not available in Elementor. Is there a particular reason why Term Fields and User Fields are not available with Toolset/Elementor integration? Or is this a feature that will be added to Toolset in future releases?

There isn't any plan to add Term Fields and User Fields in Toolset/Elementor integration yet, since Elementor is not a Toolset plugin, and there are some known compatibility issues with Elementor, for example:
