Cannot get Message Module to work when creating new posts

Hello,
I have an situation in getting the message system to work when a new contractor is made and create portfolios. How do I make that happen ? I am in the dark and I cant find information to make the message system work.

Please follow our document to import and setup the message module:

It will import two post forms:
- New message
- Reply message
