Problem:
The issue here is that the customer wanted to have his google maps with 100% height to fill his container.
Solution:
The solution to this is to add the shortcode attribute map_height='100%' to the maps shortcode.

Problem:
The issue here is that the user had migrated his site but soon after his google maps disappeared.

Solution:

This can be caused by one of 2 issues or both.

The first is that the url of the website might have changed and if you are using a restricted google maps api key then you will need to change update the key to be used with the new url.

The second is that there could be some code in the theme or other plugins that is causing a conflict or throwing a Javascript error due to the new server environment. In this case it was the user's child theme that was causing the issue.

Problem: I would like to be able to control which Map Markers appear "in front" of other Map Markers, similar to a z-index or stacking order.

Solution: By default, Google Maps places Markers based on their location relative to the bottom of the Map. Markers at the bottom of the Map are placed in front of Markers at the top of the Map. Modifying that behavior would require some custom JavaScript that falls outside the scope of the support we provide here in the forums.
