Problem:

I would like to Keep the same horizontal order to the cells in a small screen as when viewing it from a Laptop.

Solution:

1) With Bootstrap grid system:

you can add CSS class name " col-xs-*" to each layout cell

2) Without Bootstrap grid system:

Problem:

I am trying to create slider with thumb image for each custom post. Each post have different slider. I can't found any element to create this type of slider. How it possible to create this type of slider?

Solution:

There isn't same feature within Toolset plugins, I suggest you try to integrate the Views result with FlexSlider, see similar thread:
