Layouts is a WordPress plugin that lets you design responsive layouts for entire pages, from the header down to the footer.
Layouts User Guides include detailed documentation on how Layouts editor works and how you can create Layouts and assign them to specific content, or as templates for all items of a post type.
When you ask for help or report issues, make sure to tell us the versions of the Toolset plugins that you have installed and activated.

Problem:
A View shows posts in a slider. Client would like to manipulate the order that the posts appear in the slider.
Solution:
You can choose to order by a built-in WordPress option, called menu order, which is very little used but which can help you here.
Edit your post type at Toolset > Post Types and in the block "Sections to display when editing..." be sure to check the option for page attributes.
Now when you edit these custom posts on the edit screen in a page attributes metabox you will see an Order option, where you can enter numerical values which can be used by your View to manually set the order of slides.
Problem: When I activate the Layouts plugin, I see the Relationship Form table take over the entire screen and I am unable to use wp-admin.
Solution: Be sure your server meets the minimum requirements for Toolset, especially the eval function and the mbstring extension. Download fresh copies of the plugins from your account downloads area, then delete the plugins from your server and install from clean downloads.
Problem:
Existing Layouts have all disappeared from the Toolset > Layouts page, which now includes a JS error in the browser console.
Solution:
There were major changes to this page in the last Layouts update, and some users may find they need to clear their browser cache for the updated JS files to be used, which resolves the issue and the error.
We are reviewing how our JS files are added (we use a lazy-loading script loader) to ensure they ensure the same cache-busting technique as traditionally enqueued files.
The issue here is that the user is having issues updating the plugins.
Solution:
In this case I would recommend performing a manual update of the plugins by downloading them and uploading it to your website. https://toolset.com/account/downloads/
