Access is a WordPress plugin that lets you add custom roles and control their privileges.
Access User Guides include detailed documentation for controlling what actions different roles and users can do on content and what WordPress admin screens users can access.
When you ask for help or report issues, make sure to tell us the versions of the Toolset plugins that you have installed and activated.

Problem: I would like to redirect Users to a specific Page if they do not have permission to view the requested content.
Solution: Access doesn't redirect to a specific Page, but can display a different template instead. If your site uses Toolset Layouts, you can create a Layout specifically for this. If your site does not use Toolset Layouts, you can use a Content Template instead. Then set up the restrictions in Toolset > Access Controls.
Solution:
Post relationships are available only for posts. To connect users and posts using relationships you need to create a "profile" post that is tied to a user and use this profile in post relationships. This is described in the linked documentation.
Problem: After updating Toolset, we no longer see links to "Edit this View" on the frontend of the site.
Solution: The "Edit this View" links have been removed from the software but another shortcut is available. Go to Toolset > Settings > General and check the checkbox "Enable the Design with Toolset menu in the frontend". This will create a menu item in the admin menu bar, where you will find links to edit any View on the page.
