Submit button not working
Started by: simchaH
in: Toolset Professional Support
Problem: I have a CPT called "people". I hid the Title of the CPT in the CPT settings, and now when I go to enter all the custom fields I created for the CPT, in order to hit the "Schedule" (submit) button to create the post, it won't work unless I click in the area that shows to add a block. Solution: It is a feature of WordPress core, you need to input at least one of below: - post title - post content Relevant Documentation: |

Setting Post ID with custom field for import
Started by: simchaH
in: Toolset Professional Support
Problem: I am trying to import two spreadsheets as two separate, but related CPT's, and the two options that I have for connecting a related CPT is either by inputting the Post Title, or Post ID of the related post. Post Title is not possible to use for me since there are a bunch of Post Title's that are exactly the same wording and it will create anomalies, so I need to work with the Post ID. Solution: You might consider custom codes, for example: https://toolset.com/forums/topic/setting-post-id-with-custom-field-for-import/#post-2246647 Relevant Documentation: |

Correct way to use relationship form
Started by: simchaH
in: Toolset Professional Support
Problem: I have 3 CPT's that are all connected to each other, either a 1-1 or a 1-M relationship. I would like to accomplish creating 1 form where it will have all the fields from all 3 CPT's, and they go can through all the options and then hit submit at the end. Is this possible? Solution: There isn't such kind of built-in feature within Toolset Forms plugin, one post form can handle only one post, you might consider custom codes, for example: https://toolset.com/forums/topic/correct-way-to-use-relationship-form/#post-2240289 Relevant Documentation: https://toolset.com/documentation/programmer-reference/cred-api/#cred_save_data |

Remove items from sidebar in admin adding new custom post
Started by: simchaH
in: Toolset Professional Support
Problem: I'm wondering if it's possible to hide the options "Status & Visibility, "Permalink", "Page Attributes", and "Content Template". Solution: You can remove "Page Attributes" metabox by these: Dashboard-> Toolset-> Post types, find and edit your custom post type, in section "Sections to display when editing", disable option: You can hide all those metaboxes for current logged-in user, by these: Edit/create a post, click the "Option" button, see screenshot: option.PNG, click "Preferences" link, Click the “Panels” tab, and disable those options.
