Problem:
A View displays "related" posts which share taxonomy terms with the current post. The client was not seeing the expected results.

Solution:
By default a Query Filter "Select posts with taxonomy:
Categories the same as the page where this View is shown" would show posts where *any* of the categories match, rather than all of them being required to match, as described below: https://toolset.com/forums/topic/creating-a-related-posts-view-based-on-categories-or-tags-or-both/#post-1153032
