[Resolved] WYSIWYG field does not save values

This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem:

My WYSIWYG field does not save values after click "Update" button.

Solution:

It should be a cache problem, please try these:

Clear your browser cache and test again

hi Luo Yang,

我在我的网站下面发现一个奇怪的问题,就是WYSIWYG(所见即所得)编辑器在Chrome下面不能保存内容,而且是在“可视化”状态下面不能保存,如果我换成“文本”状态就可以保存了。

另外,如果我用FireFox,是都可以保存的。

我的网站现在用的是最新的WP,以及最新的Toolset Type, Toolset Views.

请问之前有人反映过这个问题吗?请给我一些帮助,如果你还需要我提供其他进一步的信息,请随时告诉我。

你好,

你说的问题不正常,建议你做如下检查:
1) 清空Chrome浏览器缓存,再测试
2) 检查你的网站是否有JS错误:
