This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.
Problem:
A user reported that she can't change the author from the post edit screen when the Toolset Access plugin is active.
Solution:
Guided that this issue is already reported and a fix for this is covered in the upcoming release of the Toolset Access plugin.
