Go to many of the pages on fuentek.com - for example, hidden link
There should be content on this page that was created using Divi. There are two Toolset views on this page.
I enabled troubleshooting mode on this site, and found that the only time this happens is when the Toolset Views Plugin is enabled. I disabled everything else in Troubleshooting mode, and enabled just Toolset Types - the page displays with the shortcodes for the views. If I then enable Toolset Views - along with Toolset Types - the page goes blank like it is now.
While I was troubleshooting, I found that both Toolset Views and Toolset Types were out of date, so I updated them - that did not help.
I tried rolling Divi back - It was at the latest version (4.17.1). I rolled back to 4.17.0 - no change. I rolled back to 4.16.1 (which is where it is now) - no luck.
The views were all working splendidly until the last day or so....

Hi,
Thank you for contacting us and I'd be happy to assist.
The page's content can be blank if Divi and Toolset's templates are assigned to it at the same time.
Please go to WP Admin -> Toolset -> Content Templates and make sure that no template is assigned to the 'page' post type.
I hope this helps and please let me know if you need any further assistance around this.
regards,
Waqar
Thank you, but that does not seem to be the issue.
Toolset content templates are not being used on the pages where this is happening, including the login page: hidden link
I was able to log in from Siteground's admin login - but not by going to hidden link.
All these pages worked in the past - this seems to be a very recent issue.
There are two Toolset Views on the Home Page - but that is rendering fine.
We're not using the Divi Theme Builder - this site was built before that was an option.
When I disable Toolset Views, the problem goes away.
Thanks for the update and that is very strange.
Can you please share temporary admin login details, in reply to this message? I'll also need your permission to download a clone/snapshot of the website, in case it needs to be investigated on a different server.
Note: Your next reply will be private and it is recommended to make a complete backup copy, before sharing the access details.
Thank you for sharing these details.
I tried to log in to the website's admin area, but the default login page redirects to the custom login page on the front-end ( /log-in ) and no login form is available on that.
As you can still access the admin area from the Siteground's account, would it be possible for you to share a clone/snapshot of the website, instead?

I'm setting your next reply as private again.
Thank you for sharing the duplicator package.
I deployed the clone on my test server and as suspected, an empty Toolset content template "Template for Pages 1" was assigned to the 'pages' post type.
It can be seen from the content template section, on the individual page edit screen ( screenshot: hidden link ), as well as, from the content templates section at WP Admin -> Toolset -> Content Templates ( screenshot: hidden link ).
You can delete this content template and the pages will start showing correctly.
My issue is resolved now. Thank you!
