We use on an development site Toolset, Woocommerce, the Kadence Theme and Kadence Shop Kit as Plugin.
With Shop Kit you can create individual product Templates. For that it seems, that Shop Kit uses a own Post Type "Woo Template".
But if i work with toolset blocks inside Shop-Kit i could not choose product related standard or custom fields related to product, created with types.
The reason is, that toolset only offers me "Woo Template" as post type, but not the post Type "product" - where the fields are placed.
Is there a way to announce Toolset, that the Custom Post Type product should used.

Hi,

Thank you for contacting us and I'd be happy to assist.

While editing a Shop Kit, do you see any option to set the scope of the current post, i.e. specify which post should be used for the preview while editing?
( for example, when editing a Toolset's content template in the blocks editor, you'll see a "View with" field at the top )

If there is no such field, can you please share temporary admin login details of the website where a shop kit editor can be seen?
(along with the exact link to the editor)

I'll be in a better position to suggest the next steps, accordingly.

Thank you for sharing the access details.

The Toolset blocks rely on using the current post's scope, to get the dynamic objects like custom fields and taxonomies, in the post source settings.

And since inside these "Woo Templates" the current post's scope is limited to its own post type, you don't see the option to change the post source to the products.

So when you'll be using the Toolset blocks inside these "Woo Templates", you'll be able to show only the standard/common field data from the products, like post title, ID, post author, etc, from the product posts.
( even if the post source field is showing "Current Woo Template" selected - example screenshot: hidden link )

To show more complex data, you can:
- create a Toolset content template, without assigning it to the product or any other post type.
- set the "View with" field at the top of the content template to use any product post for preview.
- add any Toolset blocks in this new content template, that you couldn't use in your "Woo Templates" for the product page, directly.
- and once this content template is ready, load it inside the "Woo Templates" for the product page.

I hope this helps and please let me know if you need any further assistance around this.
