While you'll be working on fixing this access issue, I have some important information to share with you as well.
I'll be on a month-long vacation from next week and won't be able to reply to any of your tickets during that time. We the support team, thoroughly discussed your project's situation and tickets as a team and we all agree that you need to hire a professional contractor ( https://toolset.com/contractors/ ) to complete the remaining bits.
While we're happy that you've come a long way from where you originally started, unfortunately, your familiarity with Toolset features and concepts is still not adequate to complete the project with the complex nature (as the one that you're working on), on your own.
When you'll have a professional contractor on your side, he/she will be able to assist you in a more timely and efficient manner after discussing the challenges and requirements in-depth. This will not only allow you to complete the project quickly but it will also save you from the delay and frustration caused by the back-and-forth communication with the support team.
I'm sure you'll agree that the support team has already gone way beyond the scope of support that we can provide over the forum ( ref: https://toolset.com/toolset-support-policy/ ). But making exceptions like these for too long, not only slows down the involved project but also affects our ability to help out others.
I hope you'll understand my recommendation and concerns and wish you good luck for the remaining sections of your project.
2) I do realise that the support has been nothing but exceptional and i,m very grate full for it, believe me!! Whilst i do agree in principal the site is a hobby site, when i embarked on the toolset direction I did get the impression it was going to be a lot less complex than has transpired and although you dont have to write code , you MUST fully understand it!! I do wish i had hired someone 12 months ago , and the new system change introduced new elements that re above me !
3) there is little point in a developer now as the 2 tickets are literally the last bits , after that my tool set journey is complete im pleased to announce. If you could point me in the direction id be very gratefull
martin
ps have a great month off and from the bottom of my heart THANK YOU
Waqar is now on vacation till the end of the month.
I can see that he has become entwined in what looks like a complex project here.
I don't think anyone else can jump in and read through the history of threads (I see there are a lot) to understand your site.
I suggest you close this thread (I'm going to repeat the same message in the other open thread) and open a new thread which clearly provides all of the details anyone approaching this from scratch will need to understand your objective and whatever is needed to help you.
Then hopefully you'll be able to finally complete the project.
