Tell us what you are trying to do?

I have a view that should display the value of a custom field from a parent post in a one to many relationship. It's also in a post type conditional statement, but no values are populating.

It appears to be an issue with the view when saving changes, I've attempted to change what is being displayed in this section of the view several times, and even when I place hardcoded values in that part of the table that the view is outputting but they changes are not reflected on the front end. They are however reflected on the backend and visible when you attempt to edit the view again.

I've tested many times on multiple browsers and cleared the browser cache multiple times on each to ensure that wasn't the issue.

Any help you can provide is greatly appreciated, Thanks!

Hi,

Thank you for contacting us and I'd be happy to assist.

Is it possible that your server or CDN service (if in use), is managing some database cache/optimization on its end?

If not, you're welcome to share temporary admin login details along with the exact steps to see the issue.

Note: Your next reply will be private and making a complete backup copy is recommended before sharing the access details.

regards,
Waqar

Waqar,

Sorry for the hassle, something strange was going on so I restored from a backup and everything seems to be working correctly now. Not sure what happened, but I'm good to go now.

Thanks,
Matt
